Capital increase in view for BBVA
The Spanish banking group Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria as part of the shareholder meeting will propose a capital increase to 3 billion euros to finance the acquisition of Bancomer, the Mexican banking group, extension of Internet projects and increased its stake in Telefonica.
